Meica Hatters
Meica Hatters is a Human Resource Generalist, educator, and avid learner. She enjoys staying busy and shuns most routine. Staring at the computer all day is not her dream, unless she's listening to lecture, researching, or otherwise learning something new! Meica's real passion is helping people reach their goals. Meica holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management with emphasis in Organizational Change and Organizational Development as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Her education coupled with her experience managing positions and teaching on the college level, equip her well to write about careers and related concepts.
Meica also has experience writing for www.exposekenosha.com and is in the process of developing a blog and creating a Tool Kit for SHRM (www.SHRM.org). In the future, she hopes to pursue a PhD in Urban Education at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and continue to support learning.
